The only other ingredient found more widely in cosmetics that Parabens is water. Although there are a wide range of Parabens which are put there to act as a preservative against mould growth, they are thought to mimic female hormones and have recently been discovered in breast tumours by a British scientific study.  A further study found that most breast tumours are discovered in the left breast and this was thought to relate to the fact that the majority of people are right-handed and that therefore deodorants, which contain Parabens, are applied more vigorously to the left arm pit.  We all await further studies.

Because of the disadvantages of Parabens our beauty products are Paraben free.
